 ED HAMILTON is a proud supporter of Dr Ron Paul. Hamilton has been endorsed by members, or grass roots activists, of the Nevada Tea party and Ron Paul Liberty Brigade ... 

The Nevada Republican primary election date is June 12, 2012 with Early Voting period starting on Saturday May 26, 2012. His name will be officially listed on the ballot as " EDDIE 'In Liberty' HAMILTON "( so when the voting machine is initialized, the first ballot screen you see is the one for the U.S. Senate ballot ). Recently, survey shows candidate Hamilton is running neck-in-neck with the incumbent, in the contest for the Nevada Republican party nomination for the 2012 U.S. Senate primary election. 

Candidate Hamilton is a highly educated person and well qualified for the U.S. Senate job. He got his university degree from Michigan State University, from Harvard University Corporate Executive Program, was with the Faculty staff at Cornell University, and went to WSU Law School (but incomplete). He never was on government payroll and has thirty (30) years in the American private sector free enterprise market economy. He knows how to create jobs, because he knows how to design, enginneer, then manufacture any product for the U.S. economy. 

He lives in Henderson, NV on the hill overlooking Las Vegas, with his strong and beautiful blue eyed blonde bride of thirty (30) years. According to a report in the Las Vegas Sun newspaper in September 2011, the average marriage length in the U.S. is only 21 years. Edward and Silvia have two adult children.  They like to travel and go "clubbing" on the Las Vegas Strip Mega Resorts (thus supporting the local economy and employment)...

All Ron Paul supporters are encouraged to join this Liberty Campaign in order to spread Dr Paul's Liberty Agenda amongst all Nevada voters statewide, albeit Republicans, Independents, Libertarians, and Reagan Democrats ( the movement is now moving forward beyond Republican party politics and convention floor fights and heading towards the thousands of voting precincts, in the Silver State of Nevada ).

BTW- at the recent May 04, 2012 GOP state convention held up north in Sparks, NV, the Liberty Forces prevailed totally in gaining control of the Republican Party. In the words of Jules Caesar in 48 B.C. " Veni, Vidi, Vici" - I came, I saw, I conquered ...

Once again, the LIBERTY BRIGADE is moving pass the party politics and Republican convention floor, thus PRESSING ON onto all voting precincts to win the hearts and minds of fellow citizens of Nevada, namely by Republicans winning elections in Nevada. Eddie Hamilton will unite to support all GOP candidates in November 2012 general election.

Hamilton is a constitutional conservative who will work for Nevada in the U.S. Senate for $1 (after taxes and expenses) UNLESS the economy and jobs situation improves in Nevada. Since he believes in the "pay for performance" doctrine, as practiced in the American free enterprise private sector, to that end he has a "Silver Bullet" JOBS PLAN, which annually could bring five (5) million more young tourists to Las Vegas, Reno, and other Nevada ENTERTAINMENT VENUES. In turn, this increase volume in visitors would generate some 30,000 new jobs (henceforth could bring billions of dollars in budget revenues to the State of Nevada Treasury). This idea is strictly based on the U.S. Constitution, namely the 26th Amendment, which was ratified by the States in July of 1971, making the age of 18 years old the Age of Emancipation or the Age of Majority.  In 1976, however, this constitutional guarantee was violated by the US Congress thru a "black mail" contained in the Transportation Act requring all states to raise the age to 21 if they wanted to accept federal highway dollars or if not, they would lose 10% of the road funding dollars.

Young Americans fought and died to protect our freedom. In fact, about one third of veterans from the wars are 18-19-20 years olds and their unemployment rate is as high as 45%, especially among young Americans of color. In Nevada these young folks cannot enter or work inside the Mega resorts, such as at the John Ascuaga's Nugget is Reno Sparks, NV or the Wynn - Encore Beach club, the Venetian-Palazzo or the Aria and Cosmopolitan mega resorts simply because they are not 21 years old. 

The jobs salvation for Nevada is contained on the last page of the United States Constitution. Eddie Hamilton's FIRST BILL to be introduced in the U.S. Senate will be one to enforce the 26th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. It will lower the age 21 back to 18 years old once again, like we had in the early 1970's. This simple legislation -- not another constitutional amendment--  will cost the taxpayer NOTHING and could happen within weeks after this bill is passed. Once approved, millions of new young visitors will come to Las Vegas, Reno, Elko and the rest of Nevada with due haste (am sure the travel business will be ready for the onslaught of some additional five million young adult tourists to Vegas, Reno and the rest of Nevada annually). 

In the U.S. Senate, Eddie "In Liberty" Hamilton will work to prevent future wars in the Middle East and shall promote World peace. He wants all troops to come home now, from the wars overseas. America's children are awaiting patiently for their moms and dads to come home from the war zones. The war has been going on too long and costing America trillions of dollars (much is borrowed from China). Hamilton wants the U.S. Army to go easy on our troops who might have committed unprofessional conducts while serving in the war zone. We put them there, sometimes with 4 or 5 tours of duty. In the future, God forbid, only the U.S. Congress should declare war. All politicians, pundits, commentators, or journalists who are pushing for wars, Hamilton says they must also serve in the front line with our troops, no exception ... Hamilton criticizes his opponent, senator Dean Heller for recently voting to infringe Americans' civil liberties and basic right of habeas corpus, as well as supporting more federal spending.

Candidate Hamilton is pro life, pro second amendment, pro traditional marriage between one woman and one man, pro education choice (voucher system) & bright new young teachers should not be fired in order to keep older stupid teachers on the job per union work rules, during tough economic times. Hamilton is also pro more domestic oil, gas, wind, solar, geo thermal, mining (all of the above approach to energy policy, as well as shouting drill-baby-drill). He is pushing for supply side theory of economic growth, and for the preservation of America's natural beauty ... He wants to keep open the thousand of miles of dirt road situated on federal land in Nevada, namely for Nevadans to enjoy recreationally. We must, therefore, reign in the Bureau of Land Management dictatorial instinct or reflect.

Like Congressman Ron Paul, Hamilton wants to reduce -- or consolidate -- the fourteen (14) duplicative cabinet departments by 50% and slash bloated federal spending by $1 trillion annually (not over ten years period). 

To create jobs and more economic growth, Hamilton is in favor of suspending the minimum wage, as well as setting aside collective bargaining rights which deals with expensive benefits, such as early retirement pension plus free health care. 

In the U.S. Senate he wants to reform, or even replace, the 100 year old Federal Reserve Banking system, with a new sound money based monetary system for America. Currently, the Fed has failed miserably in its chartered mission of controlling inflation (notice the sky rocketing gasoline and food prices), as well as failure in securing a full employment economy (note some 25 million Americans unemployed, underemployed or simply not looking for work anymore). The Fed gives away money to big banks at almost zero interest. The banks then don't need to attract money from depositors savings account owned by folks living on fixed income (CD's and savings account currently earning almost zero interst income !). Big banks proceeded to gamble their free money in Europe (say, buying risky 6% Spain government bonds) and when the Euro zone financial situation might be going belly up again, thus potentially requiring another bank bail out, to be engineered by the U.S. Treasury (utilizing "too big to fail" self serving argument).

ED HAMILTON IS AGAINST ALL BANK BAIL OUTS ! J.P. Morgan bank recently in May 2012 announced a disasterous billions of dollars of losses due them making risky bets in the market place. Hamilton says Taxpayer money should not be used to bail out  J.P. Morgan bank this time around.

Eddie Hamilton has signed the Pledge not to raise your taxes. He is against an Internet tax. Hamilton opposes a National Sales tax. He is against state income tax for Nevada as being proposed by state Democrats. Eddie "In Liberty" Hamilton will always vote NO on future U.S. President's request for more National Debt increases ( he is opposed to giving a new "Credit card",  with trillions of dollars limit to the White House).
