In December 2011, Nevada senator Dean Heller deserted fellow Tea Party conservative House Republicans as he voted with democrat Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid in extending the payroll tax cut for only two months, versus a House bill extending the tax cut for twelve months in 2012 !! The American political process should not allow any politician an easy free ride to advance toward the November general election.
